Service Description

The KINDY programme provides a vibrant and nurturing environment where children can form friendships, socialise, and develop important communication skills. Taught by experienced teachers, the KINDY programme draws inspiration from both British and American kindergarten models. It offers a well-rounded curriculum that introduces children to the basics of reading and writing using phonics. Each session is theme-based, focusing on core subjects such as mathematics, science, geography, and history, while also incorporating music, drama, and creative play. This fully-supervised programme allows children to explore their world and deepen their understanding in a safe, structured setting. Through engaging storytelling, children not only expand their vocabulary but also learn the practical use of language - all while having fun in an English-speaking environment. Parents are required to leave their children at the center during the programme, ensuring they can fully engage in the morning's activities. Who attends: Age: 5-6 years old This programme is designed for children who are already fluent in English. When: Fridays from 8:30 - 13:00 Daily Schedule: 8.30-8.55 Arrival at Paleček (supervised playing in the playroom) 8.55-9.55 Language Class (this class is based on phonics, letter recognition and formation. We use the Jolly Phonics concept of letter introduction, read books and work with letter stories and sound clues) 9.55-10.20 Circle Time (storytelling, singing, movement and dance as well as discussing general topics) 10.20-10.35 Snack Time 10.35-11:00 Play Time (free game, supervised and partially led by the teacher) 11:00-11.45 Topic Lesson (tasks related to the discussed topic) 11:45-12:00 playtime 12.00-12.30 Drama Class (storytelling, drama, art activities) What to bring: – house shoes / slippers – backpack – pencil case (colour pens, writing pen, eraser, sharpener) – full day snack and drink. Fee: 22 400 CZK / school year Includes 32 sessions, all the materials and books. This course is prepaid. Cancellation Policy

Refunds for missed classes are not possible. For details please read our Course Terms and Conditions. Event participation is transferable so a friend or family member can attend the class you miss. This rule does not apply only for events not for pre-paid regular courses.
