HOW TO PARTICIPATE 2026/2027
INDIVIDUALS
All stories must be submitted by January 10, 2027.
Each child may submit only one story.

Choose a book from your age category.

Check the books list here.

Read the chosen book.

Write a short story based on the selected book: prequel, sequel or character story.

Join one of our workshops to get help or inspired. Or check out the How to write a story section.

Register and upload your story on our website here.

You are all done! Great job! Now please wait until March 2027 for the results.

Join the Award Ceremony. The date will be announced in December 2026.
By submitting your story, you agree we can use excerpts of the story for marketing purposes and publish it.

Registration:
September - December 31, 2026.
Story submission:
January 10, 2027 (by midnight).
SCHOOLS
Each school should select up to three of the strongest stories in each age category. A maximum of three entries per category can be submitted. All stories must be uploaded through the website by
10 January 2027.
