English Tutoring for kids

Service Description

Children will have one-on-one tutoring sessions with one of our tutors. Class Acts tutors are students of international schools, where their thought language is their main one in school. The levels available to teach are from A1-B2 in English. These sessions are not following any syllabus of an exam board (Cambridge exams, TOEFL, GCSE) and rather focus on the child’s weaknesses and how to improve in their proficiency of the English language. Children will be encouraged to talk in English as much as possible with the help of our tutors. Students will learn English language skills; basic grammar, language comprehension, vocabulary, use of language and communication skills. Class format: Available online and in-person in some cases. There will be a session once a week, can be more if needed. The classes will be held on Google Classroom and will be 60 mins. Suitable for children aged 7+ years old. Resources: Any worksheets or textbook pages will be prepared by the tutors and then sent to the student through google classroom. Materials will be used for various sources and lessons will not follow a strict syllabus, such as those in exam preparation. Dates: All dates and times of tutoring lessons will be agreed on directly with the tutor, after we put you into contact. Lessons are also available during the weekends (if fitting for both parties). Payment: Each 60 minut lesson is 440 CZK. The lessons will have to be pre-payed for 10 sessions. The first lesson will act as a trial lesson and will be discounted by 50%. Cancellation Policy

Refunds for missed classes are not possible. For details please read our Course Terms and Conditions. Event participation is transferable so a friend or family member can attend the class you miss. This rule does not apply only for events not for pre-paid regular courses.
